The main first floor includes a large country kitchen with new appliances (electric stove, dishwasher, refridgerator) and working franklin fireplace and a dining room, den and living room furnished with antiques , laundry room with washer and dryer and powder room.

The second floor has a queen bedroom with a canopy bed, a double four-poster, one twin bedroom with antique iron bed and then a double room with two twin beds. In addition, there are two baths (one with shower, the other with shower and tub).

The third floor has an additional 4 twin beds, 2 bedrooms and bath and access to this, along with the roofdeck is by special arrangement with the owner (signed liability release).
